Sagoo & Co. Property Acquisition is a licensed buyer’s agency covering the Hills District and Western Sydney. It is run by Anoop Sagoo, who spent seven years as a residential selling agent in the same suburbs before moving to the buyer’s side.

I’m Anoop Sagoo, founder of Sagoo & Co. Property Acquisition. Before I started representing buyers, I spent seven years selling residential property across Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville, Rouse Hill, Quakers Hill and the surrounding suburbs. I ran the campaigns, set the price guides, read the buyers, called the auctions and negotiated hundreds of transactions from the vendor’s side of the table.
That is exactly why I am now on yours. I know how a listing gets priced to draw a crowd. I know how a selling agent builds competition out of very little. I know when a best and final is real and when it is a tactic. And I know the places a buyer quietly leaves money on the table without ever finding out.
