How much does a buyer’s agent cost in Sydney?

Sagoo & Co. fees start at $4,950 including GST to appraise and negotiate a property you have already found, $16,500 including GST for a full search and acquisition, and $24,750 including GST for Private Client briefs. An engagement fee is payable when you appoint us and it comes off the total rather than sitting on top of it. The balance is payable only after a successful purchase.
